📍 Situada en la Bahía de Alcúdia, la playa de Alcanada es una playa popular entre familias y turistas.
Its water is crystal-clear and it’s approximately 200 meters long. Its tranquility is due to the lack of services around it. The closest bar and restaurant area is located a kilometer away from the beach.
La playa de piedras y agua cristalina tiene una longitud de aproximadamente 200 metros, y su tranquilidad se debe a que no ofrece ningún servicio. La zona de bares y restaurantes se encuentra a un kilómetro de la playa.

MAKING OF: the right pronunciation of ‘Alcanada’.
About 150 meters from the shore, we can find the Alcanada island and its lighthouse. It was designed by Emili Pou and was inaugurated in 1861. Thanks to the low level of the water (1,5 meters), you can walk to the island.
The Alcanada golf club, located next to the beach, also has beautiful views over tthe lighthouse. It’s a 18-hole field designed by the American architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., inaugurated in. 2003. The golf club obtained many awards in Spain and in Europe for its services and its spectacular views.
A unos 150 metros de la orilla se encuentra la Isla de Alcanada y su faro. Este fue proyectado por Emili Pou y se inauguró en 1861. Debido al bajo nivel del agua (1,5 metros), se puede acceder a la isla a pie.
El club de golf de Alcanada, situado junto a la playa, también tiene vistas al faro. El campo de 18 hoyos fue diseñado por el arquitecto estadounidense Robert Trent Jones Jr y se inauguró en 2003. El campo de golf obtuvo numerosos premios en España y en Europa por sus servicios y sus vistas espectaculares.
